The Visionary of Dakiz Human Development and Empowerment Initiative (DHDEI), Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi, on Friday paid a courtesy visit to the Ondo State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, where he was warmly received by the Honorable Commissioner, Professor Igbekele Amos Ajibefun.
The visit, which was part of DHDEI’s strategic engagement with key stakeholders in the education sector, provided an opportunity for Akingbade to present the organization’s vision and ongoing initiatives. He was accompanied by Miss Okafor Rita, a dedicated partner of DHDEI in Akure, who has been instrumental in supporting the organization’s activities in the state capital.
During the meeting, Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi briefed Professor Ajibefun on DHDEI’s flagship program focused on delivering comprehensive technology orientation to secondary school students across all 18 local government areas of Ondo State. He outlined the organization’s commitment to bridging the digital literacy gap among young people and equipping them with essential technological skills needed to thrive in the 21st-century economy.
The DHDEI Founder emphasized the importance of early exposure to technology for students, explaining how the initiative aims to inspire and prepare the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and tech professionals.
