The Bamidele Agbetu Morden Foundation has once again demonstrated consistency in its commitment to educational development with the successful implementation of its Educational Support Programme across Iju and Ita Ogbolu communities. The initiative marks the Foundation’s second consecutive educational intervention, following the successful execution of a similar project in 2025.
The programme sponsored by Mr. Bamidele Agbetu, founder BAM Foundation, focused on supporting final year students and selected SS2 students through the distribution of free educational materials, full JAMB registration sponsorships, and impactful motivational engagement aimed at strengthening academic readiness and career aspirations.
Educational materials were distributed across Elu Iju Comprehensive High School, Iju, Anglican Grammar School, Ita Ogbolu, and Alamo Grammar School, Ita Ogbolu. In addition, ten students emerged as beneficiaries of full JAMB registration sponsorship under a transparent and merit driven selection process.
The JAMB registration beneficiaries include Abayomi Oyinlola, Ben Emmanuel, and Joseph Mosunmola from Elu Iju Comprehensive High School. From Anglican Grammar School, Ita Ogbolu, the beneficiaries are Abiodun Feranmi, Fatorisa Success, Omotola Tosin, and Onifade Omolewa. Alamo Grammar School, Ita Ogbolu, also produced three final year student beneficiaries, completing the list.
The programme was coordinated by a dedicated committee comprising Mr. Ojo Ayodeji Lucky, Mr. Temitope Micheal, Miss Kolawole Blessing, Miss Ologbonyo Mercy, Mr. Abidakun Oluwaseyi, Mr. Omotayo Oluwaseyi, and Akingbade Toluwa Jolomi.
Speaking on the success of the programme, the Coordinator and official spokesperson, Miss Kolawole Blessing, described the initiative as a reflection of the Foundation’s belief in sustained impact rather than one off interventions. She noted that beyond material support, the programme delivered encouragement, guidance, and renewed confidence to the students.
School management and community stakeholders across the beneficiary schools have expressed strong appreciation for the intervention, describing it as timely, well organised, and impactful. Many commended the Foundation for returning with a second project, a gesture that reinforces trust and long term commitment to educational development.
The Bamidele Agbetu Morden Foundation reaffirmed its dedication to promoting educational access, academic excellence, and long term human capital development, positioning consistency as a core value in its approach to community transformation through education.
