• Project Construction of 10 open market stores in Ilumeje, Mahintedo.
• Installation of solar streetlights in Ode-Etikan and Zion-Pepe, Atijere.
• Establishment of a solar-powered cassava processing mill in collaboration with IFAD/UNDP.
• Facillitation/lobby for the Construction of solar-powered boreholes in Imoluwa and Mahintedo communities respectively by Ministry of Water Resources. (Completed).
• Facillitation/lobby for Construction of VIP toilets in Ilaje High School and Igbokoda Grammar School by Ministry of Water Resources. (Completed)
• Facillitation/lobby for Construction and reabilitation of Ebute Ipare market and Oke-Ipare Road by RAAMP flagged off by the governor of Ondo State. (On-going)
• Facillitation/lobby for Construction of Mahintedo Farm Road by IFAD. (Completed)
• Facillitation/lobby for Construction of Mahintedo Farm Road towards Idihwo by RAAMP. (On-going)
• Budget inclusion of 200m Road Network for Ilumeje/Mahintedo community by OSOPADEC. (Contract approved)
• Facilitation of over 100 beneficiaries into IFAD livelihood programs with stipends and empowerment.
• Training and empowerment of constituents through NDE programs.
• Distribution of food palliatives to over 150 households in collaboration with NEMA.
• Financial empowerment of trainees under NDDC fashion program.
• Employment opportunities for constituents through TESCOM, SUBEB, and ODIRS
• Facilitation of pension payments for retirees.
• Engagement of Special Assistants and grassroots support structures.
• Scholarship support for over 200 primary school pupils annually.
• Financial and welfare support for elderly citizens and women groups.
• Relief materials for rainstorm victims across affected communities.
• Support for traditional institutions and community for Staff of office and leadership upgrades.
• Recruitment suppory of constituents into Amotekun corps

Today, building on this solid foundation and inspired by the desire to do even more, Hon. Dr. Princess Olawumi Fayemi-Obayelu officially declares her intention to seek re-election as the Member representing Ilaje Constituency 2.
