Your Excellency, your recent approval and release of bursary payments, scholarship awards, direct financial assistance, and the unprecedented procurement and donation of brand new operational buses to NAOSS Global, NANS JCC Ondo Axis, and three tertiary institutions which are Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), and the College of Health Technology, Akure (CHTA) represent one of the most impactful student centered actions in the history of our dear Sunshine State.
A NEW DAWN FOR ONDO STATE STUDENTS
Your actions have not only provided immediate relief to thousands of students facing financial pressures, but have also restored confidence, hope, and pride in government student relations. At a time when many students battle rising educational costs, economic challenges, and mobility constraints, your visionary interventions have become a lifeline and a reaffirmation of your belief in the limitless potential of Ondo State youths.
•The bursary and scholarship programmes have eased the financial burdens of countless students, enabling them to continue their studies with dignity and focus as your name implies (DR EASE).
•The financial assistance extended to various student blocs has strengthened their capacity to fulfill their mandates, run welfare programmes, and support vulnerable Students.
•The provision of modern operational buses has transformed student mobility, enhanced organizational efficiency, and expanded the capacity of student bodies to organize programmes, outreach activities, safety focused transportation, and community engagements.
These are not ordinary interventions they are strategic investments in the intellectual capital, mobility, growth, and stability of the future pillars of Ondo State.
Your Excellency, leadership is not measured by words, but by deliberate actions that produce lasting impact. Through these interventions, you have demonstrated.
Political will to uplift students with genuine concern for educational development and Intentional commitment to inclusive human capital development.
Your administration has proven beyond doubt that when governance is guided by compassion, vision, and strategic prioritization, the student community becomes an empowered and productive asset to the state.
Across Nigeria, Ondo State is now being cited as a shining example of a government that treats students as partners in progress rather than passive beneficiaries. Your investment in NAOSS Global, NANS JCC, and tertiary institutions in the state has elevated the status of student organizations and strengthened their institutional capacity.
